Pour the flan mixture into the baking pan and cover with foil. Then fill the same can with whole milk and pour it to the condensed milk. Beat in condensed and evaporated milk and vanilla until smooth.

Heat 3 tablespoons of water with ½ cup of sugar in a saucepan. Sweet golden brown caramel is poured in the bottom of the ramekin. Place 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup heavy cream, 5 large eggs, 2 large egg yolks, and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the condensed milk in a bowl. Pour over the caramelized sugar in the cups. Pour boiling water into larger pan to a depth of 1 in.
